

Mindful Art & Music
Imagine a serene space where the gentle strokes of a paintbrush or the soothing chords of a melody transport you to a state of tranquillity. This is the essence of a mindful art and music program, a sanctuary where stress dissolves through the power of creative expression.
Participants engage in activities like mixed media art journaling, painting, drawing, breathwork, body movement, and music using chimes, drums, tuning forks etc, which are not only enjoyable but also serve as a form of meditation. All enhancing self-awareness and promoting a peaceful mind.
This program blends the philosophy of mindfulness with the therapeutic process of art with music, offering a unique pathway to stress reduction and mindfulness.

Open to anyone over 18 years, with maximum numbers of 10.

Music activities are through our own amazing and lovely Music Therapist Jasmine and Art and mindfulness with Kylie, not only our Business Manager but a professional artist and reiki master/teacher as well.
Nibbles provided during the session and all materials are supplied (although you are welcome to bring and use your own).
